 Rates and Structure                               

                                       

 

Programs and Fees:
The Personal Edge  has a number of programs to fit your fitness goals and your budget. Most programs start out with two exercise sessions per week, and are re-evaluated after 6 - 8 weeks. Frequency of workouts are determined individually for each client, and depends upon workout intensity and required recovery time. All fees are due in advance of the programs. Fees are as follows:

bullet1 session $75
bulletPackage 1 = 10 sessions  for  $650
bulletPackage 2 = 15 sessions  for  $900
bulletPackage 3 =  25 sessions for  $1250

  **Cardio use only - $15 per non -training

Fitness evaluation  -evaluation consists of body composition, flexibility, aerobic capacity, muscular endurance  and muscular strength.  One hour evaluation.

Fitness program Design -one hour consultation discussing training protocols: intensity, duration, frequency. Programs design and timeline established. One hour consultation.

              

6 -week Muscle makeover -12 training sessions 2 times a week for 6 weeks combined with  6 appointments with a Registered Dietician/ and or Diet plan. A food plan and diary will be kept. Program focus is on optimizing Fat tissue loss.     

Sports Training - workouts geared toward athletes. All workouts focus on increasing anaerobic capacity through higher intensity type techniques. Workouts are three times a week for one month. (optimal program for high schools athletes getting ready for sports teams or really fit individuals).                                                     

Registered Dietician -Individual appointments to analyze diet or write diet prescriptions.  By appointment only.                                             

Group training -pair up with a friend and train together. trainer will train both in one session.                                                    

In home training one hour session where we come to you.
