Climate Control: The temperature is kept at a constant 65 Degrees F, or cooler. This eliminates overheating of clients.

Precise Record Keeping: Meticulous records are kept of every exercise of every workout (ex. time of set, weight used, exercise machine settings, etc.). This helps instructors and clients track progress, as well as monitor any special needs or conditions.
